How do I get started with booking your services for my wedding/event?

Getting started is easy! Simply reach out to us through our contact page or give us a call. We'll schedule a consultation to discuss your ideas, preferences, and wedding details. From there, we'll work together to create a customized plan tailored to your needs.

Can I request a custom floral design for my wedding/event?

Absolutely! We love creating custom designs that reflect your style and theme. During our consultation, we'll discuss your preferences, color scheme, and any specific flowers or elements you have in mind to ensure a personalized touch.

How far in advance should I book your services for my wedding/event?

It's recommended to book our services as early as possible to secure your date on our calendar. Wedding dates can fill up quickly, especially during peak seasons. We recommend booking at least 6 to 12 months in advance to ensure availability.

What is the step-by-step process for our wedding/event services?

Our process is easy! The first phase is a consultation (via email or video call) of your vision, expectations, the scope of work, and general details. We’ll share our ideas and recommendations based on the existing space and answer any questions you may have.

Once we have an understanding and agreement on the scope of work, we’ll put together all of our combined ideas into a Design Proposal with personalized mood boards. This helps you to visualize the designs, the flowers, and all of the little details and special touches.

After proposals and contracts are signed and sealed, a 30% booking deposit is required to secure our services on your date of choice. 

As the wedding month approaches, we’ll go over all the details and get in touch to confirm everything. We’ll also send you a reminder about the remaining balance. Once this is done, we are all set and you can confidently cross flowers off your list!

On the day of the wedding, you don't need to worry about anything.

We'll take care of everything to ensure your special day goes smoothly and beautifully.

We choose every stem of foliage and flower, conditioning them to make sure they are sheer perfection for your big day. We ensure all the glassware is spotless, and every little detail is prepared exquisitely. On the day itself, we will transform your venue into the show-stopping look you have asked for. We handle everything with the utmost care, love, and professionalism to make sure your wedding flowers are simply sensational.

What is the minimum cost for your current floral design services?

Our current floral design minimum is $4k. 

Can I make changes to my floral order after it's been confirmed?

We understand that plans may change. We'll do our best to accommodate reasonable changes to your floral order up to a certain point in the planning process. However, major changes may be subject to additional charges, and we recommend finalizing details well in advance.
